Registration Information:

Early Registration: $130    Until February 29, 2008

Regular Registration: $150    From March 1, 2008

IMPORTANT - Please read before registering:   

• There are several pages to the registration process - a few on our EventWax site and a few on the PayPal site.  On the first page, please fill in all the information, including organization name, address, e-mail address, and phone number ... but leave the "Promo Code" field blank.  Please make sure that you go until the page on PayPal that confirms that you have sent payment and offers you an orange button to come back to this site.
• If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via credit card on the PayPal site.  On the page where it asks you to login into PayPal, to the left of the login area there is a link if you do not have nor want a PayPal account.  It says "Don't have a PayPal account?  Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue."  Clicking the "Continue" link will take you to a page where you can input your credit card information.
• Once you have paid, PayPal will show a payment confirmation page and send you a confirmation e-mail in a few moments.  Please print one of these.  You should also receive a booking confirmation/receipt e-mail from us.  Please print this, as well.  You will need to bring the PayPal confirmation page/e-mail and our confirmation e-mail with you to the Registration/Check-In desk at the conference in order to receive your name tag and other materials.  If you do not receive both confirmations, please e-mail us at ictr2008register@gmail.com.

Please note: We can accommodate only 200 people, so please register as soon as possible. There will be a waiting list begun once the maximum number is reached. Our cancellation policy is that ICTR will refund registration by 100% before February 21, 75% before March 7, and 50% before March 12, 2008.
